Native American Civil Rights Indiam Exemptions and Entrepreneurship Rudy James

Read the law; discover the benefits that are endowed to the indigenous Americans. Many sovereign rights belong to American Indians; and many tribal nations are unaware of the rights and power that they have been imbued with by the United States of America and United Nations. Author Rudy James reveals the secrets that not only benefit the tribal nations but could positively impact millions of other Americans.

Indian sovereignty might benefit other Americans who have a little Indian blood. If you do not know your rights, then you cannot assert them.

  1. This is a crucial time to really know what sovereignty is, after being assimilated and infiltrated. According to Public Law 103-150 (Apology Resolution) the Hawaiians can have a “Government of their own choosing”…now many HAWAIIANS have become aware of actuaally having their own independent Country. Now that the real laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom (KO HAWAI’I PAE AINA)(HAWAI’I NEI) have been found and made available, KANAKA and other HAWAIIANS will know how the kingdom operated and can go into their internationally recognized 2 year period to fill the vacancies shown now online in Kamehameha III Laws and Statutes under Public Recognition and Treaties and Nations. The foundation of knowing what sovereignty is key to Hawai’i being a truly free nation. Thank you and MAHALO Rudy AL James
